Mets Strengthen '07 Lineup with Early Moves

The Mustangs announced this week they will not be returning to the CMBA. The Mets moved quickly to shore up their rotation and add more depth to their lineup. Four former Mustangs will join the team for the 2007 season - Carlos Portocarrero (P/IF), Matt Mykowski (P/IF), Bill Hendricks (OF), and Nick Vaid (OF). With most key Met players returning and these additions, the team looks to improve on their early exit from last year's playoffs.
